🛒 Fast, Direct Ordering!
Approved vendors can now submit wholesale orders directly through your Dragonscale Vendor Account. This replaces manual email orders and speeds up processing, accuracy, and fulfillment.
Below is a simple walkthrough on how to place a draft order.

1. Log In to Your Vendor Account
Make sure you’re logged in with the email tied to your approved vendor profile.
Wholesale pricing will automatically display on eligible products.
2. Add Products to Your Cart
Browse the website catalog and add items as you usually would. Wholesale pricing will automatically appear across the catalog whenever you’re logged into your approved vendor account.
3. Proceed to Draft Submission
At checkout, you will submit a draft instead of completing payment. This sends your order to our wholesale team for review, allowing us to confirm inventory availability, verify order minimums or limits, and approve the order before you finalize payment.
4. Wait for Approval
After you submit your draft order, our team will review it within 1–3 days to determine whether it can be approved. If the draft is rejected, your account manager will contact you directly with the reason and any steps needed to resolve it.
5. Complete Payment
After your draft is approved, you’ll receive a secure checkout link or invoice to finalize payment. Once payment is completed and your order is assigned, we’ll begin processing and preparing your shipment for delivery.

🧾 Important Note
Specialty discounts do not appear automatically in the Vendor Portal.
Instead:
- ⚠️ The prices shown on the website are BASE wholesale rates.
- 📉 Specialty discounts are manually applied after you submit your Draft Order.
Our wholesale team will manually apply any bulk or specialty discounts. Once the adjustments are made, you’ll receive a revised invoice or checkout link reflecting the correct pricing, and you can complete payment as usual.
✔️ Do submit the draft order as usual; you’ll continue receiving the same rates you’ve always received through email ordering.
