DRAGON CANDIES are earned simply by shopping with us. If your order is eligible, you’ll find a special card inside your package with instructions on how to claim your Candy reward.

The more you shop, the more candies you unlock, and the higher you can level up, scoring bigger savings for your collector gear along the way.

Each Candy tier has its own minimum order threshold. Your Candy card will clearly state the required amount for the code to work.

This minimum is calculated before shipping, taxes, and any additional charges.

No, DRAGON CANDIES cannot be combined with other discount codes.

Seasonal, product, or gift exceptions may apply when noted.

DRAGON CANDIES are only reserved for returning collectors who’ve made a qualifying purchase.

Only accounts that meet the required criteria will be able to redeem the code, and each code can only be used once per customer.

New customers aren’t eligible for these rewards.

You can tier up your DRAGON CANDY by continuing to shop with us. Certain promotions and qualifying orders will unlock higher-tier Candies, allowing you to upgrade as you progress.

To tier up to the next Candy, you must redeem (use) your current Candy first. Once you’ve qualified for the next tier, your next package will include an upgraded Candy card.

If your DRAGON CANDY code isn’t working, first make sure you meet all eligibility requirements. This includes reaching the minimum spend and being a returning customer with a verified previous purchase.

Some Candies also require you to use your current tier before unlocking the next one, so attempting to redeem a Candy from a tier you haven’t reached yet will not work. Each Candy is also single-use per customer, so it cannot be redeemed more than once.
