If your DRAGON CANDY code isn’t working, first make sure you meet all eligibility requirements. This includes reaching the minimum spend and being a returning customer with a verified previous purchase.
Some Candies also require you to use your current tier before unlocking the next one, so attempting to redeem a Candy from a tier you haven’t reached yet will not work. Each Candy is also single-use per customer, so it cannot be redeemed more than once.
