APPLY
Complete our application by providing some basic details about your store, including what you sell, where you sell, and any other relevant information. Once your application is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive access to our wholesale pricing through a specialized VENDOR code.

ORDER
Use your unique VENDOR code to shop through our official store. As a vendor, enjoy exclusive wholesale discounts on selected products and get early access to new items. With no minimum order requirements, managing your inventory with us is both simple and flexible.

SELL
Stock, display, and sell our products at local events, trade shows, or online through your store. With our competitive pricing, you’ll enjoy profitable margins on our collector supplies. This not only helps your store stand out, but also supports us in reaching more collectors with our products.

Terms & Conditions

By participating in the our program, partners acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Inventory Management
Vendors are fully responsible for stocking, managing, and maintaining their inventory purchased from us. We do not offer any inventory management services. Vendors are responsible for any losses or damages to inventory while in their possession.

Returns & Exchanges
Any returns or exchanges of merchandise by customers are the responsibility of the partner. We do not manage or facilitate returns or exchanges for items sold through partner channels. Partners must establish and communicate their own return and exchange policies through their own vendor store. Partners should inspect all merchandise upon receipt to ensure it meets their quality standards before offering it for sale.

Product & Brand Handling
Partners are required to maintain the integrity of the product by ensuring that all branding elements, including logos, labels, and packaging, remain intact and unaltered. Modifying, covering, or removing any Dragonscale branding from the products or packaging is not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, altering logo, rebranding and repackaging products, or removing any brand identifiers.

Any violation of our brand standards or misuse of our products will result in the immediate termination of your participation in the VENDOR Program. Dragonscale Supplies reserves the right to end the partnership without prior notice if our brand integrity or product quality is compromised.

  • Your vendor store name and location (city, country).
  • The type of products your store primarily sells (ex: trading cards, books, etc).
  • Your main sales channel (ex: eBay, online store, social media, trade shows, etc).
  • Years in business.
  • Main product category, or specific product you're looking to resell from Dragonscale.
