TERMS & CONDITIONS
Pricing Policy
All wholesale orders are subject to availability and pricing at the time of purchase. Our catalog is subject to change with prior notice, and we may update product offerings or pricing as needed.
Partners will be notified of any changes in pricing or product availability through updated wholesale catalogs to ensure you have the most current information for your orders.
Payment Terms
We require full upfront payment for all wholesale orders and do not offer payment terms or deferred payment options.
To better support your business, we provide a 60-day return policy. If items don’t sell as anticipated, you can return them within 60 days for a full refund, provided they remain in their original condition and packaging.
Customer Returns
Any returns or exchanges of merchandise by customers are the responsibility of the vendor. We do not manage or facilitate returns or exchanges for items sold through our vendors. Vendors must establish, communicate, and enforce their own return and exchange policies through their own stores.
We recommend that all partners carefully inspect merchandise upon receipt to ensure it meets their quality standards before offering it for sale. If any issues are identified, please contact our team immediately for assistance regarding damaged or defective products.
Branding & Privacy
As a vendor, you have the right to sell our products, but it is required that all products are displayed and sold with the official branding and packaging intact. This includes maintaining the original logos, labels, and other branding elements.
Vendors must also keep all pricing, terms, and proprietary information provided by us confidential and not disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to our partners via email. Vendors are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms to stay informed of any updates.
REQUIREMENTS
Eligibility
To qualify as a vendor, applicants must operate a business specializing in collectibles, including but not limited to trading cards, comics, records, and related products.
Eligible vendors may operate a physical brick-and-mortar store, participate in local trade shows and events, or maintain an online presence through platforms such as eBay, their own website, or other e-commerce channels. Additionally, vendors should have an established sales history to demonstrate their experience in the industry.
Each vendor application is subject to approval based on a thorough evaluation of the business. We take several factors into consideration, including the type of business, sales history, and overall alignment with our brand and product offerings.
