Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

At Dragonscale Supplies, we want you to be happy with your order. If something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. How to Request a Return

You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. To get started, contact us with your order number and let us know why you’d like to return the item. Please wait for our approval before sending anything back, as we may not be able to process returns that are sent without notice.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping

If you're returning an item because you changed your mind or it didn’t fit your collection, you’ll cover the return shipping. If the return is due to a mistake on our end (like a wrong, damaged, or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping and send you a return label.


3. Item Condition Requirements

Items must be returned in the same condition you received them, clean, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Used or opened items may still be eligible, as long as they’re not heavily worn, broken, or misused. We’ll inspect all items when they arrive before approving any refund or exchange.


4. Refunds

Once we get your returned item and confirm it’s in acceptable condition, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after we receive your item. Please allow additional time for your bank or card company to post the refund to your account.

We do not refund original shipping fees unless your return is due to a mistake, defect, or shipping damage.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away. Include photos of the issue and a short description. We’ll review the situation and either send a replacement, issue a refund, or guide you through a return, whichever makes the most sense.

Claims for damage must be reported within 30 days of delivery.


6. Exchanges

You can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. We accept exchanges on most items as long as they’re in original condition. Opened or lightly used products are okay if they’re not damaged or misused. If you’d like to exchange for a product of higher value, we’ll just ask you to cover the difference. If the replacement costs less, we’ll refund the extra.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping exchanged items unless the exchange is due to an error or defect on our part. Exchanges are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days after we receive your return.
