How do I qualify for the HEAT INDEX gifts?

Simply place an order that reaches the required thresholds during the event period. The HEAT INDEX gift(s) will be automatically added to your cart.

Do the HEAT INDEX rewards stack?

Yes! When you unlock a higher reward, you keep all gifts from previous tiers as well.

For example, an order over $199+ will receive 1× Radiant HEATWAVE Color, 1x Radiant HEATWAVE Color, and 3× Mythic HEATWAVE Color for a total of 5 FREE ITEMS.
How do I add the HEAT INDEX gifts to my cart?

Once your cart reaches the required threshold, a HEAT INDEX popup will appear allowing you to claim your unlocked rewards.
Do HEAT INDEX gifts combine with discount codes or other promotions?

Yes! HEAT INDEX gifts stack with all discount codes and promotions, including free shipping.

However, keep in mind that the gift thresholds are calculated after all discounts and price reductions. Your final order subtotal must meet the requirement to qualify.
My HEAT INDEX gift didn’t add to my cart — what should I do?

In rare cases, the gift may not trigger in your cart even after you pass the required threshold. If this happens:

  1. Refresh your cart or reopen it from the beginning.
  2. Adjust your cart items slightly (add or remove an item) to force it to recalculate.
  3. If it still doesn’t show, clear the cart and re-add your items to reset the cart trigger.

If none of these steps work, contact us directly and we’ll make sure your rewards are added to your order.
What currency is the HEAT INDEX gift threshold based on?

Gift thresholds are based on $USD for all US and international customers, and $CAD for all customers in Canada.

The qualifying amount is calculated before shipping, taxes, and after any discounts are applied.
