Retailer Requirements

  • Must be a registered brick-and-mortar store with a physical storefront and verifiable physical address that operates regularly. Online-only stores are not eligible at this time.
  • The store must be a collectible-focused retailer, specializing in collectible items or related products (cards, comics, records, etc).
  • A valid business license or permit, along with a tax ID number, ensuring compliance with local regulations and tax requirements upon request, or if required by law.
  • Due to tax and regulatory considerations, we are currently able to offer this program only to businesses located in Canada.

If you don’t own a physical brick-and-mortar business but are interested in stocking and distributing our products for an online store or as a vendor, explore our VENDOR program instead.

Terms & Conditions

By participating in the our program, partners acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility
To be eligible for our RETAILER program, applicants must operate a physical brick-and-mortar store focused on collectibles, such as trading cards, comics, records, and related items. While a valid business license or permit and a tax ID number are NOT required for the initial application, we may request additional information or documentation to verify the business if required by law.

Payment & Return Policy
As a small business, we require full upfront payment for all retail orders and do not offer any payment terms or deferred payment options. To support your retail business, we provide a 60-day return policy. If items don't sell as anticipated, you can return them within 60 days for a full refund, as long as they remain in their original condition and packaging.

Branding & Privacy
As a retailer in our program, you will have the right to sell our products, but it is required that all products are displayed and sold with the official branding and packaging intact. This includes maintaining the original logos, labels, and any other branding elements. Retailers agree to keep all pricing, terms, and proprietary information provided by us confidential and not disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.

Any violation of our brand standards or misuse of our products will result in the immediate termination of your participation in the RETAILER Program. Dragonscale Supplies reserves the right to end the partnership without prior notice if our brand or product integrity is compromised.

  • The registered and legal business name of your retail store.
  • Physical address of your registered business.
  • The primary focus of your store (e.g., collectibles, trading cards, comics, records, etc).
  • Years in business.
  • Specific products or categories from our store that you are interested in stocking.
